How do I cancel my membership?

You may cancel your membership at anytime. Simply click here to cancel. You may also send an email to our customer support staff or fill out the contact form by clicking here. Upon cancellation, a confirmation will be sent you via email.

I lost my username and/or password. What do I do?

If you lost your log in information, you may use the Password Retrieval Form. You will be asked to enter the email address you used when you joined and your user information will be sent to you via email.

Why can't I log in?

There may be different reasons why you are unable to access the members section. It could be for one of the following reasons:

1. You may have mis-typed your log in information. Make sure you used the proper case. If you do not have a membership for this site, you will not be able to log in.

2. You forgot your password. You can retrieve it by filling out the Password Retrieval Form.

3. You are attempting to access the site illegally.

I cancelled my membership and I still got charged for it, why?

This matter requires assistance from on of our customer support representatives. Please contact us as soon as possible.

When does my membership expire?

Your membership will expire depending on different factors such as date of purchase, date of last rebill, etc. To get more information regarding this subject you will need to contact a customer support reprasentative.

How do I change my credit card information?

For security reasons we do not allow the changing of credit card information due to the fact that we do not have access to your personal information.

Are your sites MAC compatible?

We strive to test our sites in as many different scenarios as possible. This includes different Operating Systems and different browsers. If you find any issues with our site please contact us and let us know about it.

Why can't I access some of the features on your site?

Some of the features on the website are from third parties and therefore they might be experiencing technical difficulties. In other cases, that section may require an additonal membership.
